Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms apply when you use orientaltechsolutions.com, the website of Oriental Tech Solutions, 53 J2, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Information Only

The website describes our company, our services and examples of our work in general terms. Its content is for information only. It is not professional advice and it is not a binding offer. Descriptions of services, engagement models, technologies and timelines may change without notice.

Projects and Services

Each project or service we provide is covered by a separate written agreement, such as a signed contract or an accepted proposal. That agreement sets out the scope, price, timeline, ownership of the work and the other terms. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies. Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for us.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, logo, graphics and other content of this website belong to Oriental Tech Solutions or to their respective owners. Apps and projects are shown as examples of our work; where a project belongs to a client, the rights in it remain with that client. Names and logos of other companies and technologies belong to their owners and are used only to describe our work.

You may view the pages, save or print a copy for your own reference and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise reuse our content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Using the Website

When you use the website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• send spam, harmful code or false or misleading information through our forms;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or related systems, or interfere with how they work.

Links to Other Websites

The website contains links to websites run by others, such as Behance, GitHub and Google Maps. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse a website or its owner.

Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that all information on it is complete, current or free of errors at all times. The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, and we cannot promise that it will always be available without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care with this website, but to the extent permitted by law, Oriental Tech Solutions is not liable for loss or damage that results from using it or from relying on its content, such as indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Before you make a decision based on information on the website, please confirm the details with us. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Our responsibilities for a project are set out in the written agreement for that project.
