This policy explains what personal information Oriental Tech Solutions collects through orientaltechsolutions.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and to keep the website running safely.

Who We Are

Information We Collect

Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form on our pages, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• the subject and text of your message, and anything else you choose to write in it;
• the name of the page you sent the form from;
• the date and time of sending and your IP address, which are added automatically.

The form sends this information by email to our company mailbox, where we read it and reply to you.

Emails to us. If you email us directly, for example to send a job application and CV to careers@orientaltechsolutions.com, we receive your email, any attachments and the details that come with every email, such as your address and the time it was sent.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server automatically records standard technical information each time a page or file is requested. This includes your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the page you came from and your browser and device type.

Spam protection. To stop automated spam, the server keeps a small record of the times at which messages were sent from each IP address, so that it can limit how many messages one visitor can send in an hour. In this record the IP address is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and only times from the last hour are used. The form also uses a hidden field and checks how quickly it was sent, to recognise automated messages.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. If we add such a tool in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before the tool is used.

Third-Party Fonts and Libraries

To display our pages, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google) and some icon, style and script files from cdnjs (Cloudflare). As with any request on the internet, these providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when the files load. They handle this information under their own privacy policies: Google and Cloudflare.

How We Use Your Information

• to read and answer your enquiry, and to follow it up, for example with a proposal or a call you asked for;
• to consider a job application you send us;
• to keep the website working and secure, and to block spam and misuse;
• to keep normal business records and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom: we use your enquiry details and any job application because we need them to answer your request or to take steps you asked for before a possible contract. We use server logs and spam-protection records because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable website.

Who Can See Your Information

Messages and applications are read by the members of our team who need them to reply. Outside our company, personal information is handled only as needed to run the website and our email, or when the law requires it:

• Hostinger hosts this website and our email mailboxes, so server logs and the messages you send are stored on its systems;
• Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare) receive your IP address when our pages load, as described above;
• we may disclose information when the law requires it, for example at the request of a court or public authority.

International Transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries. If you contact us from abroad, your information will be handled in Pakistan and in the countries where these providers operate. We use established providers and take reasonable steps to keep your information protected wherever it is handled.

How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries: we keep your message and the emails that follow it as long as we need them to respond, and then as part of our normal business records, but no longer than necessary.
• Job applications: we keep them as long as we need them to consider you for suitable roles. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps them for a limited period under its standard settings.
• Spam-protection records: only send times from the last hour are used, and older times are removed whenever the record is updated.

How We Protect It

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to our mailboxes to the people who need it. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons;
• stop or limit a particular use of your information.

To make a request, email info@orientaltechsolutions.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Laws We Follow

We handle personal information in line with the applicable laws of Pakistan. For visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, we also follow the main principles of the GDPR: we collect only what we need, use it for clear purposes, keep it accurate and secure, keep it no longer than necessary and respect your rights.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to other websites, such as Behance, GitHub and Google Maps. When you follow these links, the other website's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how those websites handle your information.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when the website or the way we handle personal information changes, for example if we add a new tool. The new version will be published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
